I read the reviews and watched some videos before ordering this. It is heavy, sturdy and seems well made. I bought the more expensive model because I use larger than 1/2 in bits occasionally and it won't take long to pay for the upgrade at the replacement price of larger bits. It takes a minute to figure out the process, the videos help a lot. I sharpened a lot of bits in about an hour on my first use. I even sharpened bits that were smaller than recommended by wrapping a piece of plastic sheet (cut from a plastic bag) around the small bits so they would tighten up in the collet. A little trial and error on the adjustments and bits look like new. I sharpened a few that had been broken and it worked just fine. Use this machine in the garage or outside. It makes some dust that would ruin carpet and be tough on furniture. I have been sharpening bits for my kids. I would buy this again but I don't think I ever will need to. The only problem is it needs a latch to hold the lid shut. I am going to add one when I get done sharpening all my bits,

I followed some YT vids and in no time I had my whole drill bit set sharpened as new. This will pay for itself in no time and was a good buy.

Vandaag de boorslijper MR-13B netjes door DHL ontvangen, volgens afspraak 3 werkdagen na bestelling. Het product van VEVOR was op voorraad ( dus al verscheept) wacht hier even mee tot dit het geval is. Ben zeer onder de indruk van de MR-13B boorslijper. Tot nu, na ontvangst +/- 20 boren mee geslepen in diameter 3 tot 11 mm. (nog ongeveer 70 te gaan..) Met of zonder webthinning (splitpoint) in verschillende positie. Enkel op 118 graden met HSS slijpsteen, terwijl er nog zoveel andere hoeken mogelijk zijn / er 'n carbon steel diamantschijf wordt meegeleverd. Mijn 1e indruk : 'n dijk van 'n apparaat wat z'n werk zeer goed doet, voor deze prijs!

This thing is very good. It will take a little to understand the directions/instructions, and get used to how it works. If you have the money, just buy it, you will never look back.

I have used other methods to sharpen drill bits during my 37 years as a Mechanical Fitter, none can match this machine. I sharpened a badly worn 8mm cobalt drill bit in less than a minute. It drilled through 3mm mild steel in 9 seconds. A new factory sharpened 8mm bit took 13 seconds. After drilling 64 holes through 5mm mild steel plate with the used 8mm bit I tested it again and it drilled through 3mm mild steel in 14 seconds. This tool is well made and feels like it will more than stand up to the rigors of a fitters workshop. It's not cheap, but it is worth every penny.

Good machine to sharpen drills. Way better than drill doctor: better diamond stone, more precise, better motor. Delivery from Vevor was fast, no damage

Well made sharpener. Relatively easy to use. Does generate a very fine dust. Has a port on the base that could be connected to a vacuum source but not discussed in the manual. Learning curve is easy. Just remember to clean after every half dozen or so sharpenenings. Very quiet machine. Uses ER20 and ER25 collets. Comes with both the ER20 and ER25 chucks. Wheels should last a long time. Tolerances are tight. Definetly a good purchase.

Excellent product. I have sharpened many bits already and they come out better than the factory sharpenings. This is by far an excellent product that will save you money and easily drill holes. Would buy again and would certainly recommend.
