How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

Ladder Ladder
Weak construction
5 Steps Metallic Natural Color No Spare Parts
This is the 3rd time that I am complaining about your dangerous ladder.... After once tied to use it I decided to return it to you because it is unsafe, swaying left and right when climbing on it. I did send you also a video where you can clearly see how week the hinges are! I am not climbing this ladder ever again. Send someone to take it away and refund me 100% A.S.A.P.! Ignoring also this (last) complaint will force me to start a campaign against Vevor on the internet advising people not to buy from you.

Extremely flimsy when fully extended
5 Steps Painting No Spare Parts
I would high recommended anyone from using this. I had 120lbs. young lady on this ladder and it still bowed like crazy. There is no way I would get on this at 195lbs. Super unstable. Dont waste your money.
