Super kit qui permet de créer facilement un lit escamotable sans dépenser des milliers d'euros dans un meuble tout fait. Le kit est complet, à l'air costaud et durable, le prix tout à fait raisonnable. Seul petit bémol, le manuel de montage n'est pas parfaitement clair à mon goût donc il faut être prudent sur les prises de mesure mais dans l'ensemble je suis très satisfait et le résultat final est exactement ce que je recherchais.

Great product easy to follow instructions - If you can cut and screw timber this is well worth the price - Working perfectly, very strong, and gained so much space back in our spare room! I stepped it off the wall and added a headboard box with lights using the leftover timber.

I built my own bed using the kit, so I had to overcome a few problems that I wouldn't have encountered with the original bed described in the manual. Nevertheless, the kit is easy to install as long as you put some thought into it. If you assemble it as explained in the manual, you shouldn't have any problems. The only issues are the poor translation and the lack of metric measurements for some parts. The kit could be improved by providing additional information on the angles and circumferences of the oscillating components. The gas springs are much stronger than I thought, so I'd recommend bearing that in mind if you want to build your own construction. I should also mention the support team, who supplied me with additional parts without question when mine were broken. All in all, it's a great kit, and the support is excellent — I would definitely buy it again!

I had an old dream, to build an own Murphy bed. This hardware kit was a good choise for it. With a kit, I got a good plan , and discription for the building. I had to transfere some added data for my matress size, and for avialable materials, but it works fine! The upshot is great, It looks strong and long standing!

I've built several Murphy beds. This was the first manufactured by Vevor. The price is great, less than one-third what I paid for the other kits. The instructions are OK, not nearly as detailed as the plans I received with the more expensive kits. I would not recommend this for someone with beginner wordworking skills. You have to intuit a few things when putting this together. The hardware is good quality and the templates eliminate some of the measuring for hardware placement, but you'll really have to put your thinking cap on to make this.

Finally after years of wanting to build one of these beds but didnt want to spend the $300 on a kit. This kit if phenomenal. Very easy to use and the instructions are super easy to understand. The only thing i did different was use .75” plywood all around.

I was looking for a kit to build nu own Murphy bed since the options for complete beds where a bit too expensive for me and weren't able to fit my specifik dimensions. When purchasing the kit you get a great digital folder on the materials for a queen size bed. However once the kit is delivered it also includes instruktions for other bedsizes such as European sizes which was what I was looking for. The springs included where very strong so it is important toto follow the material instructions to get the correct weight on the bed. I opted to add a bit more weight as to be able to change the mattress without the bed closing ! All in all this was exactly what o was looking for and I am now the very proud owner of a self-built Murphy bed.

This kit is for the hardware only. This is not for the novice woodworker. This kit includes all the measurements for building the wood cabinet for your Murphy bed. The plans are in Metric so you will need to do some math to convert to the imperial system. The plans also call for 1" plywood. This is type of plywood is not typical in most big box stores. I used 3/4" and didn't have any problems. I used 2x3 material to build the bed frame topped with 1/2" plywood and 1/2" plywood on the closed face. I wanted to add trim to the face to give the finished product a better design. In order for the trim to be flush with the side panels, I adjusted the hardware mounting on the side panels by 1/2" to compensate for the thickness of the trim. Even though my mattress is only 10" thick, I made my side panels 18" wide to compensate for a thicker mattress and/or bedding. I spent about $400 in wood and paint at my local big box store. The hardware kit is a great value for the money and is well built.
