Very negative review. You did not ship what I purchased, however you still charged my credit card and I am having extreme difficulty trying to get my money back.

I never received them and want a refund but of course I cannot call you because you only do Business through email. When am I getting my refund? once again, I will never order from you again and I want my money back.
