How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

I ordered 8 in all. I only have 5 of them installed so far. They are easy to install and work great. I couldn't be more pleased with them.

rekha tiwari Cabinet opening size not clear
8 inch
The product description lists both 8.5" and 9.5" as size. I have a cabinet opening 8.5" and it did not fit. Although the rack is itself is 8.5" wide, it needs a cabinet opening 9.5".
