This is a heavy-duty hand rail that is just what was needed! As an older person, I needed assistance getting out of the pool and this is perfect. It also looks like it was part of the design plan for the pool.

My only complaint is that the type of screws that came with it to fasten it to the concrete did not look to be of high quality. So I bought my own.

We are very pleased with the quality and sturdiness of our new pool handrail. All the necessary hardware was supplied. My husband was particularly fond of the base plate being nice and heavy and the nice geometric design. The Velcro protector is another perk! Unable to use enclosed drill bit that came with it because would not fit in our hammer drill.....was the only downside.DN Florida

The pool rail is great. Sturdy, smooth installation and looks good. The hand grip cover is not great, as the stitching unraveled as we were putting it on. It will do for the rest of the summer, but we'll definitely need a new one for next year.

The pool rail is great. It was just very difficult to drill one of the holes in the deck because the hit hit some re- bar. My pool guy finally got it done.

I love it. Before I couldn_ get in or out of the pool because of back surgery now it_ so easy. I_ not afraid of falling now

The anchors included were not good quality. Purchased four at the local hardware and they worked out perfectly. Railing is very sturdy

This is the second rail I have purchased from this vendor. It is slightly taller than other similar items but still looks streamlined. I like the extra few inches in height. I am pleased with this vendor and my purchase.

My in-laws are in their 80's and they feel so much safer getting in and out. I have to admit I live it also
