bought it , came in incomplete . missing the kettle lid and now by mail they say it gonna take some time . really poor customer support.

Not very pleased with this item at all...I only used this machine twice and already while trying to pop popcorn it sticks to the kettle and burns on the popcorn...Not a very good quality machine...This was my first from here and will definitely be my last...

Glass was broken on one of the panels and because last time I had a problem with a purchase with vendor it was literally a night mate trying to resolve this Therefore I will be exposing this to my over 65k followers on social media.

Für den Hausgebrauch in Ordnung. Wünschenswert wäre für diese Größe aber ein andres Material alles ist ja aus Plastik bis auf den Kochet.

Prea micut

Not non stick. The agitator bar scrapes off the non stick coating. Happens from first use, and on each subsequent use. Cheap component, and is the most important component. Would not recommend. I am unable to upload images or video, your required Image standards are ridiculous.

The size of the kettle is good but it is to large for such a small popper. The popper fills with steam as you cook the popcorn and all that steam makes the popcorn taste rubbery kind of stale, even though it is fresh popped. I say spend the little extra nad get a larger popcorn popper.

Machine works, but it can be seen that they saved every cent on manufacturing. Large spatula cames broken. DIdin't received answer from support in a week.

Un peut chère quand même pour la qualité qui a l'air fragile, et la porte ne se ferme pas très bien ... Pour le reste je ne l'ai pas encore mise en marche

Maschine funktioniert gut, Popcorn ist sehr gut und schnell zubereitet. Leider hebt das Popcorn die Abdeckung der Pfanne nicht an, wodurch es verbrennt. Also mit offenem Deckel arbeiten. Dann fliegen aber leider sehr viel ungepopte Körner mit aus der Pfanne und die Maschine verschmutzt stärker.
