The kettle heats up quickly and pops better than brand name poppers. However the cabinet has issues. The screws in one of the door hinges fell out and are lost. And the tray won't go all of the way in because of issues with the inside metal. I've only used it twice. They need to make them better.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben vor über einem Monat eine Popcornmaschine bestellt. Seit dem 15. Dezember hat sich der Lieferstatus nicht mehr verändert. Trotz der langen Wartezeit wurde die Bestellung nicht geliefert. So stellt man sich einen zuverlässigen Service leider nicht vor.

DO NOT buy from this vendor they DO NOT hold up their end of the bargain. my item was received and the handle snapped off. they refused to get it fixed or send me a replacement. they say that the item is "out of stock" and YET every single popcorn machine is "in stock" and ready to ship (from outside the US) NO NOT USE THIS VENDOR EVER!

Don't buy it's disappointing i thought it be bigger then Walmart one for same price it's NOT.. tiny and 2 plug ins one foe light one for pot not good design

Ordered the 7th December with a promised delivery date by 15th. Responses are fast but absolutely useless when tracking this order . Today is the 22nd and still no firm information on what is happening- told if doesn’t arrive by the 28th they will cancel and refund . How useful is that for a child’s Xmas present . My delivery questions remain unanswered.

purchase at your own risk... they DO NOT stand by their product and returning or getting something fixed is extremely difficult. they will negotiate and negotiate till you are exhausted. they will make your life extremely difficult to return anything or get anything fixed.. I unfortunately have to take further action in order to get my item fixed and/or refunded

Ware wurde defekt geliefert. Eine direckte Meldung im September hat bis zum heutigen Tage kein Erfolg trotz Zusage von Vevor gezeigt. Weitere versuche Vevor zu kontaktieren war und ist nicht möglich volle Ignoranz. Auch eine Rechnung habe ich bis heute noch nicht erhalten. Meine persönliche Erfahrung zeigte mir, dass ich hier nicht wieder einkaufen werde. persönlich gleich null Sterne

If I could leave Zero stars I would! DO NOT waste your money this machine did not work! If you like chewy stale popcorn then this is the perfect machine for you! But this product is a paper weight for me and i want my money back ! I have had other machines and this one is the worst i want my money back! POPCORN COMES OUT CHEWY AND STALE!

Machine worked very poorly. The popcorn popped very slowly and by the time it finished popping it only popped about half the kernels they tasted very bad. It did not seem to get hot enough to properly pop the popcorn. Contacted Vevor and they were not willing to make good. They wanted more info. What more can I tell them but the machine doesn’t work properly. Was a complete waste of money. I do not recommend this at all.
