First road trip and we constantly have to check this cooler by app as it tends to shut down giving and E3 after awhile making it a pain in the neck when you traveling far in a car. Havent got 1 perfect day of use yet. Not happy

Although the appliance is attractive, it leaves much to be desired in terms of advertised efficiency and takes a long time to reach any desired temperature. The internal volume is also quite small. Disappointing...

Bonjour un seul des deux compartiments fonctionne. Le plus petit est toujours à température ambiante malgré que nous changions la température et que sur l application il revient systématiquement à 0 degrés Celsius mais en réalité il reste à température ambiante … quelqu un pourrait il m aider ?

Le produit est arrivé cassé... il m à fallu discuter pour finalement accepter un remboursement partiel ... Le produit est livré sans le cordon 220 v Et de plus il ne tient pas le froid très longtemps Met plus d une demi heure à refroidir Pas content du tout Je ne recommande pas

The description says refrigerator freezer. But it is not a freezer! Lowest it goes to is 21 degrees. And the interior is way smaller than pictured. I tested it out with 2 frozen water bottles which ended up icing down, so it won't hold frozen items like ice cream as described in their description photos. I added cold sandwiches I premade and the temp went from 21 to 39 degrees and took another 8-9 hours before it got back down to 21 degrees, then it was fluctuating from there up and down. This I thought was a smart idea and space wise more useful for me. But it doesn't work as described in pictures and description. I love Vevor brand, but this was a flop for me, and not to mention I've been going back and forth with emails for 2 weeks complaining about this portable fridge/freezer repeating myself. Still no answer what they can do about my purchase.

Un peut chère pour une chinoiserie très mal fini . Emplacements pour une grille mais pas de grille dommage.

Sehr geehrtes VEVOR-Team, ich bin derzeit mit meinem VW auf Urlaubstour und habe leider Probleme mit meiner VEVOR-Kühlbox. Im 12-Volt-Betrieb, angeschlossen an eine 1000-W-Powerstation, startet die Kühlbox nur kurz und bricht den Betrieb anschließend wieder ab. Dabei werden die Fehlercodes E3 und E1 angezeigt. Ich habe bereits verschiedene Maßnahmen ausprobiert: alle drei Stufen des Batterieschutzes eingestellt, den ECO-Modus aktiviert, sichergestellt, dass die Powerstation vollständig geladen ist und sich im normalen Betriebsmodus befindet. Trotzdem tritt das Problem weiterhin auf und die Kühlbox lässt sich nicht zuverlässig betreiben. Da ich mich aktuell auf Reisen befinde, bin ich auf eine funktionierende Kühlbox angewiesen. Ich bitte Sie daher um eine schnelle Unterstützung und eine Lösung des Problems. Können Sie mir mitteilen, worauf die Fehlercodes E1 und E3 hinweisen und welche Schritte ich noch durchführen kann? Ich bin von diesem Verhalten der Kühlbox sehr enttäuscht und hoffe auf eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung. Vielen Dank im Voraus. Christian

An sich bin ich mit der 25L Kompressor Kühlbox zufrieden. Aber: Das mitgelieferte 12V Autokabel kam bereits defekt bei mir an. Und die zeitnahe Meldung von mir beim Vevor Kundenservice ergab bis jetzt (2 Wochen nach Lieferung und Meldung) keine Lösung. Der Vevor Kundenservice reagiert einfach nicht. Schade.

Bon produit, bonne promotion, attention aux options (2 sur ce modèle). Point négatif, la partie congélateur ne descend pas en dessous de 0 avec l’application (peut-être mauvaise manipulation). Bref, trop grande pour moi en plus. Je demandes un retour depuis le 25/06 et les réponses sont plutôt vagues. Entre temps j’ai recommandé la 32litre double zone (parfaite et très fonctionnelle). Je coche 2 étoiles pour le SAV pas top (explication pas clair du tout, Sinon le produit est bien)
