Customer Reviews for VEVOR Portable Propane Forge, 3 Burner Farrier Forge, 2600℉ Tool and Knife Making Blacksmithing Gas Forge, Large Capacity Hexagon Cold-Rolled Steel Gas Forging Tools and Equipment for Metal Forging

It requires a little work work on the insulation blanket. Needs to be rigidized and have a couple of satanite coatings added. Do not run this out of the box. Also buy some fire bricks to wall off some of the burners, they're easy to cut, so you don't have to run all the burners all the time. Not every project needs 3 burners. I'm only mentioning these things for anybody new to smithing. Things I learned as a total novice. It's a great starter forge.

Ich bin richtig zufrieden mit dem Produkt. Es funktioniert wie es soll und die Lieferung war schnell. Danke

Good little forge to start, easy to assemble. Would like if it came with some rigidizer, or refractory casting.

Haven't used it yet but it's well built for my use of making knifes

Fast postage, excellent product for beginners

Läuft super 👍

I see many complaints about the exposed ceramic insulation. They wish the refractory coating was included with order. While complaints are valid, they forget the price. If refractory coating was included, the price would reflect that, plus, it might not be the coating you want. It is no big deal to coat insulation to protect your lungs. Vevor needs to make this known in description. Ceramic fiber insulation is a bad thing when subjected to high heat and particles float into your lungs. A warning of not using forge unless you coat interior would be a good thing to add. Also mention that not including refractory coating is on purpose so buyer can choose/buy/make their own coatings.

Great starter forge for all beginners new to working with metal
