How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Charlotte Edmunds Excellent water filter
Activated Carbon Filter Cartridge
This brand is excellent. I can no longer afford Berkey filters, it removes alot of gunk and the water smells and tastes fresh. It saved my life. Will be ordering more when needed.

Activated Carbon + De-Fluorination Filter Cartridge
The product was shipped quick, came well packaged and easy to install. Need to make sure you "pre-flush" them to get them filled with water and flush out any of the carbon from manufacturing
