How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Soff Filtres
Activated Carbon + De-Fluorination Filter Cartridge
Facile à installer dommage qu’il n’y ai pas juste les filtres fluor que l’on peut acheter , il faut prendre le lot avec les filtres au charbon et que les notices soient en anglais.

Sean Rancher
Activated Carbon + De-Fluorination Filter Cartridge
The product was shipped quick, came well packaged and easy to install. Need to make sure you "pre-flush" them to get them filled with water and flush out any of the carbon from manufacturing
