Roberto A Fernandez Bad customer service and bad product avoid
Ordered this unit for my business after 3 days I noticed it wasn't cooling like it should and tried to return it and started talking to customer service.. it's been 2 WHOLE MONTHS trying to get me to change some settings and fix their bad unit. They asked me to do so many thing and drag out this return. It's been over 2 months and the only 2 options they are giving me is to take it to a repair shop near me and spend more money and waste more of my time trying to fix their defective product or my second option is they refund me 200 dollars.. 200 hundred like seriously I paid almost 2k and they want to give me 200 after waiting my time my money and my products going bad because of they faulty unit. This is by far the worst customer experience in my life. I need my full refund and they need to pick up this piece of junk. Avoid buying this unit and beware of the customer service. Avoid buying form this company altogether. I will take my review down once my FULL refund is approved until then Avoid this company and in case they don't want to give my money back I will be taking legal action and report them to BBC FTC and CFPB
