This bench is the first disappointing purchase I've made with Vevor. It does NOT include any resistance bands as the photos imply. It was also missing some of the bolts needed to assemble and the response by support was pretty much non-existent, with them asking me for detailed photos and some other irrelevant details a couple of days AFTER I finally went to the hardware store and got what I needed so I could assemble the thing. It is a bit rickety and does not feel very secure. I probably would not have purchased this brand or model if I'd known the bands depicted in the images aren't included. This is the first Vevor purchase I wouldn't recommend to others. I don't think I'll wind up keeping this long term, but for now making it work after buying some resistance bands--they're generally too long to work the way the photos show, though.
