Works great to work the back. My recurring back issues go away completely as long as i use this regularly.
At times it seems to be a bit wobbly around the pad area, but its not anything that affects performance and durability.

This is a solid product. Im a large heavy individual at around 135 kg and this product is working very well for example back extension even while using extra weight. The foot pad could have better grip but works pretty good barefoot och with shoes. I recommend this product.

Preis-Leistung hervorragend. Sehr stabil. Warum das Gerät nur für kleine Personen sein soll, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Ich bin 1,80 m gross und kann mir die Pads von den Knien bis zum Bauch schieben. Also von sehr kleinen bis sehr großen Personen nutzbar. Die Anleitung ist absolut ausreichend. Wer das Ding danach nicht zusammen bauen kann hat meines Erachtens andere Probleme. Also absolute Kaufempfehlung.
