Voor thuisgebruikers prima. Hij wiebelt een beetje en de plaat waar je met de voeten op staat ook. Met een lengte van 1,94 meter en ruim 105 kilo lichaamsgewicht houdt hij het goed uit en dan staat hij ook ook stevig. Verstellen is heel eenvoudig en het opbouwen ook. Het helpt wel als je zelf fatsoenlijk gereedschap hebt, zodat alles stevig aangedraaid kan worden.

Pads arnt that good for the waist, its ment for a tall person im 5 11 and the smallest setting is way too short. Im gonna modify it myself but just be aware I wouldnt buy this unless you have really long legs or are above 6 foot 2. And it extends too so I dunno who the hell they built this for lol.

This product is a great value. For the price-point, the quality is better than I expected. The only issue I had is that the hip padding can't be lowered enough to fit my body. I'm 5' 10" but my legs just aren't long enough to fit the shortest setting. I made a modification to shorten the tubing that controls the pad height and now it's perfect for me. If you're a taller person I think that for the money you will be pleased. But if you're a shorter person, I think you will run into the same issue I did. Also, the platform where your feet go is slippery and somewhat of a steep incline, so it can be a nuisance trying to keep your feet where they need to be. I fixed this with a simple solution where I bought a thin self adhesive rubber sheet that I trimmed down to the exact size of the foot platform surface and after making sure the platform was cleaned thoroughly, I adhered it to the platform surface and now my feet don't slip any longer. If these modifications are something you'd rather avoid them there are other manufacturers that have similar products. But I am glad I bought Vevor's product because I like the design, the degree adustabilty and height adjustability features, and I like the quality it offers at one of the lowest price-points I was able to find. If you decide to purchase this product, just remember to grow tall enough. I forgot to do that and had to make a modification because of it.

Sturdy and well built. Mine has the dumbbell holders missing but no big deal for me. Good value for the money. Would give it 5 stars but came with missing parts.

Cheap but decent. Not as good as others but does the job

It is great the only problem i’d say is that it hurts my calves very much, the pads for the calves are pretty hard which Is hard to do a lot of reps of hypertensions. If you like to take rests instead of going to failure this will be great for you.

Ho acquistato il prodotto da un paio di settimane ed ho avuto modo di usarlo in diverse occasioni, a dir poco ottimo. Tengo a precisare che non ho usato del carico ma solo corpo libero (sono sugli 85 kg), si è dimostrato molto stabile.

Ho acquistato questa panca di iperestensione della VEVOR qualche mese fa per allenare e rinforzare la schiena dopo un’ernia al disco. Cercavo qualcosa da usare a casa senza occupare troppo spazio e, nel complesso, si sta rivelando una buona soluzione. Una volta montata la struttura è abbastanza solida e permette di fare diversi esercizi per la parte bassa della schiena, glutei e core. Io la utilizzo soprattutto per iperestensioni e qualche esercizio di stabilità, integrandola negli allenamenti che faccio a casa. Apprezzo molto il fatto che sia regolabile in altezza, quindi si riesce ad adattare facilmente alla propria statura. Anche i cuscinetti sono abbastanza comodi e permettono di allenarsi senza fastidi, cosa non scontata su questo tipo di attrezzi. Altro punto positivo è che non occupa molto spazio: una volta posizionata in casa rimane relativamente compatta rispetto ad altre panche simili. Pro - altezza regolabile, facile da adattare - cuscinetti comodi anche durante esercizi più lunghi - struttura abbastanza compatta, adatta anche per casa - buona per esercizi di rinforzo lombare Contro - durante esercizi più “sbilanciati” (ad esempio su una sola gamba) può risultare leggermente instabile - il montaggio non è proprio immediato e richiede un po’ di pazienza Conclusione Nel complesso sono soddisfatto dell’acquisto. Per un utilizzo domestico fa bene il suo lavoro e permette di allenare la schiena in modo efficace senza attrezzature troppo ingombranti. Qualche piccolo compromesso sulla stabilità c’è, ma considerando prezzo e dimensioni rimane una buona panca per allenarsi a casa. 💪
