Arrivé détérioré (emballage et produit).
Refusé lors de la livraison, le transporteur est reparti avec.
Obtenir une livraison conforme du produit demandé est impossible.
Se faire rembourser a nécessité au moins une dizaine de mail des photos de l'emballage détérioré et du produit abimé, et 4 interlocuteurs différents!

The product I received (VEVOR Room Divider, 3 Panel Japanese Room Divider) was damaged. The box was not damaged or opened when received. It was the product that was damaged. I went through support and sent the relevant pictures. I suspect support is a bot. It asked me to speciify : did the outer packaging arrived damaged or was it just the product? I answered and sent. Then, support came back to me with the same question, and I answered. We repeated this nonsense 4 times and then I quit! I could not reach anybody else for support. Frustrating and total waste of time! Beside that it came broken and awful support, and wasted my time….., I like the product.....
