Customer Reviews for VEVOR Pool Liner, 18ft Round Swimming Pool Liner, Standard Gauge, Long Lasting Vinyl Pool Liner, Overlap Style, Liner Replacement for 52in Wall Height Above Ground Swimming Pool, Solid Color

I would not buy this liner. I bought one last yr. This spring it didnt hold water so I bought another one. This one showed up and the box was banged up and looked like re taped. Fast forward 3 weeks. I installed the liner and it has a seem separation and I lost most of my water before I could patch it. Dont buy this.

I strongly advise anyone to think twice before doing business with this company. They are completely difficult to get any kind of customer service done whatsoever. I purchased a pool liner for these people. It came to me, and as it was being installed, it was made aware to me there was about 16 pen holes in the liner in one certain area. I contacted Vevor and they gave me two options: pack that big enormous liner back in a box and ship it to them for full refund or take an agreed-upon refund amount and keep the liner. I chose the agreed amount and keep liner. I’m not packing a big ass liner up and shipping wherever it needs to go. I have yet to receive my refund from these people. Every email is a complete spin around in Bullshit. Lies that they’re working on my refund fast as they can. I urge you to strongly consider that they do not like giving refunds. They do not like making things right they will sell you junk and be happy with it. That is the way of the Chinese.a throwaway, junk society building massive amount of junk and selling it with the idea and knowledge that it’s gonna mess up as soon as they sell it or not be any good.

Wrong size vevor is absolutely useless on customer service didnt offer a refund or swap for right size I will never use vevor agian or recommended anyone use them

We never received the liner and had to pay out of pocket, again, for one when the installer came. Still trying, over a month now, to get satisfaction and money back. Do NOT waste your money on so-called shipping insurance. It obviously does not help. Not happy. So...I do not know if this particular liner is any good. :(

I ordered the incorrect liner, thats on me. Vacume, junk!

On Jan 30, 2026 I emailed that vevor sent the wrong size above ground pool liner, I ordered a 24’ diameter and received a 22’ liner. Not only wrong size but also damaged, . I have a company, Mullins pool service, 228-334-8145, seamike36@gmail.com installing the liner and they alerted me of the discrepancy. Since I have contacted vevor I have NOT received any satisfaction to this issue. Either refund my purchase price or replace the liner with the correct size 24’ diameter x 52 height and no damaged worn areas at no additional charge to me.

un robo, las medidas no corresponden con las ofertadas, a la hora de reclamar todo son largas y ninguna respuesta real, no hubo manera de devolver el producto una pagina para nada recomendable
