How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Aluminum Level 2 Folded Model
Danke!

Replace a single step on my trail with this product. Instructions were clear, steps are really high quality for the cost.

Me Impression!
Aluminum Level 2 Folded Model
Great product. Sturdy and rigid when open, while impressively light.
Much more quiet than the usual set of slide-in steps

Aluminum Level 2 Folded Model
Works well. No issues. Metal parts that are painted can rust when paint is scraped off though.

Philmstar Well made
Aluminum Level 2 Folded Model
Replaced the single factory fitted fold out step on our Forrest River RV. This double step unit fitted (with some modifications, as it's 22" wide, not the usual 26") I have also ordered an adjustable support for the front edge to prevent the strain on mechanism when entering/exiting the RV.
