How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Works perfect for what we needed it for. So far no complaints from the husband. Good value for the price. Shipping was super fast which we were surprised due to Covid and most prime not actually coming within the 2 day window anymore.. Courtney Rodriguez

Caitlin Product review from Caitlin R.
Digital Code + Key 74 L
So far- product has worked as expected! Mine was slightly damaged as the train it was on was derailed but the company has been attentive about it and willing to make things right- I declined as it works and it_ now just a dent. Company has been very responsive and polite and pleasant to deal with. I would 100% purchase from them again. The damage caused to the product was not their doing and they tried to make it right. No complaints here!
