Camera worked a couple times now screen is just black and not having any luck returning just getting a ton of emails likely there just wasting time till it’s too late to return it. DO NOT PURCHASE ONE

Excellent camera till the battery dies and you need to replace it. Customer service sends you round and round and requires a video and pictures showing the battery is dead before they can tell you whether if you can get a replacement battery. I sent the video and they said they forwarded my question to a special team and should hear back within 48 hours. It has been several days and still no response. In the meantime, I have to keep replying to system generated emails otherwise the system will mark the issue as resolved. This is terrible customer service. I had a good run with Vevor tools and that's because I never had to deal with their customer service.

Your tech support told me that they were sending me a replacement camera I'm sitting here with $1,000 sewer camera that has a camera that won't work. I can't use this.I need a replacement camera ASAP. I also purchased your 3-year warranty.

Very poor service and quality

I bought the sewer scope as an upgrade and unfortunately the light never worked. It's been a month without a solution from vevor. I bought a insurance with it. Very frustrating experience I wouldn't recommend Vevor or the sewer scope.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the camera quality this has. The lighting in the camera is not very bright and pictures are not as good as your other camera you sell

My business performs dozens of residential sewer inspections every week. I have been looking for a reliable camera at the right price. I've used several different makes and models, all of which were lacking in quality and reliability. I was hopeful that this Vevor camera would provide what I am looking for, but unfortunately, this Vevor camera is worse than the other cameras I have been using. We are expert inspectors and use our cameras very delicately, but this camera started glitching after just a few uses. The picture would flicker on and off during inspection, the distance counter would randomly reset, then the LED screen wouldn't turn on at all - just black with flickering lines. Trying to work with Vevor on a warranty refund but they are being difficult. Really disappointed.

For the price it's great. Keyboard showed up all broke like it been dropped or kicked. But for the money it's like just throw it in the trash and go on. The company offered to send me some new parts or whatnot but it anymore is messing with. Just buy one if it breaks throw it in the trash. Good advertisement for the company

I purchased this to upgrade from the smaller Vevor a few weeks earlier. On that one the camera broke with in a coupe of weeks. Trying to explain to Vevor it was the camera was impossible they even sent a new cable which was not faulty. Anyway I upgrade to this model and it is also a piece of junk and not a serious sewer camera due to its build quality. My keyboard is useless the feet have come off the sound is terrible but that's not a major issue as the sound rarely works anyway. But by far the worst issue is the after sales communication and service. They simply say we'll be in touch in 48 hrs so one conversation takes two weeks. I am still no further forward as to how to resolve my issues. So again if you use this for business do not be tempted by the price as it is literally JUNK!!
