I ordered 3 cameras and only received 2. I sent an email with no reply

Had high hopes. But on first use camera quit working not able to find an easy link on the website to return or get fixed. Very disappointed.

Bought the 328’ sewer camera and took it to the first job. Started scoping a schedule 40 4” line the light and camera started shorting out leaving me stranded with 3 inspections to complete.This camera seems like it could be great however the one I received is worthless. Customer service has been no help as of now. I lost 900 dollars plus a camera yesterday, and am losing 900 more everyday I don’t have a working camera. There is no phone number to call and talk to someone to resolve this issue. It’s been 18 hours and still crickets from the customer service request I entered other than an automated message from a computer. If this is vevors quality of product and customer service this will probably be my last purchase. Which sucks because I was planning on purchasing a few other interesting items but have lost all faith as of now.

System broke and I can not get service .

First job I took it to the camera didn’t work. Can’t get ahold of customer service. When I call a machine says they are busy to call back later and hangs up on me. I have to now continue to pay on a machine that doesn’t even work and caused embarrassment in front of my customer.

Camera worked for all of ten minutes. Customer support is horrible. 2 days to get a response. Not recommended at all to deal with Vevor.

The camera head light broke after 2 uses. I purchased the camaera 3 months ago. The last 3 months I have been emailling to get a replacement part. Vevor does not have any way to discuss warranty with an actual person. So if something goes wrong you are wasting your time. Do not buy this product. Very bad customer service.

Camera worked a couple times now screen is just black and not having any luck returning just getting a ton of emails likely there just wasting time till it’s too late to return it. DO NOT PURCHASE ONE

Excellent camera till the battery dies and you need to replace it. Customer service sends you round and round and requires a video and pictures showing the battery is dead before they can tell you whether if you can get a replacement battery. I sent the video and they said they forwarded my question to a special team and should hear back within 48 hours. It has been several days and still no response. In the meantime, I have to keep replying to system generated emails otherwise the system will mark the issue as resolved. This is terrible customer service. I had a good run with Vevor tools and that's because I never had to deal with their customer service.
