It's not the 131ft one I ordered , the camera is upside down , the cable is weak

Nightmare return policy. I have not opened the box and simply asked to return it. It's now been days of online chat and emails with Vevor offering me to buy something I don't want at a reduced price. I've asked over and over and over to simply tell me return shippiing instructions and instead I get delay after delay. Makes me never want to do business with Vevor.... I would have happily paid return shipping and a restocking fee, but now I've wasted so much time trying to get a simple question answered, that I want a full refund.

Cable snapped within three minutes. It was being used carefully and not being forced. We weren’t even at a turn just gliding along. Definitely regret this purchase. I paid over 800 dollars and they responded with “it was used incorrectly “ which it wasn’t. It was being used as instructed . the cable is a weak piece of hot garbage- I don’t recommend vevor -

Leider ist das Produkt nicht dafür geeignet wofür es eigentlich sein soll. Denn laut Kundenservice ist es nur für trockene Umgebung geeignet. Außerdem lässt sich die Kamera nicht durch ein 300er Revisionsschacht in ein 120Kanalrohr schieben, dafür ist die Kamera laut Kundenservice auch nicht gemacht. Daher bin ich sehr vom Kundenservice enttäuscht da dieser scheinbar kein Deutsch versteht und das Problem verstehen kann/möchte. Ausserdem bin ich mit dem Produkt nicht zufrieden, wie Anfangs beschrieben.

Open the box got ready to use one time and it did not charge did not turn on did not work at all requested refund or immediate exchange inside the store cannot exchange. I have to buy a different one. I feel that they should’ve just swapped the one I had out. But they wouldn’t do it so now I’ve paid for two of these.

Solid case. Good camera. Whatever you do, do not, and I repeat, do Not attempt to snake this into any of your homes 1 1/2" water pipes. The minute it gets past the 1st 90 degree bend, you will Not get it back out. No matter what. The back of the camera mechanism will get hung up on the pipe lip and no matter the amount of twists and turns and pulling, it will not dislodge. You will have a very expensive and time consuming repair. Plus be careful of the steel filament within the spring. It is often frayed and will stick you if you grab the spring. The spring and camera head is too big and stiff for the 1 1/2" pipe bends. This should work wonderfully for large pipes. The customer service team is amazing.

The fiberglass line got bent pretty easily, and the camera went out Bought a new one, different version. Switched the cameras between them so I could keep the 512hz pipe finder part of the camera.
