Customer Reviews for VEVOR Sewer Camera Pipe Inspection Camera 22.9cm 720p Screen Pipe Camera 50.3m

Be careful with this company, they do not overhaul or repair the equipment. They say that all their equipment has a one-year warranty, but it is not true. They give you a thousand turns and they will close you. I have already been through this situation with them on several devices and they are really scammers.

It was broken upon delivery. I put it all together and got the screen working. Once I put it into a pipe, I realized the LED light did not work because the screen was all black. Toggled the LED button and dial, but the light would not turn on. I have initiated a return but have not received any correspondence update from Vevor. The refund process requires a video. Unfortunately file sizes are limited to 50 megabits and most modern phone camera videos are over that file size. A waste of a couple hundred dollars.

No instructions, sds card deletes when removed from unit. No other functional way to transfer data. Basically useless without the data.

Never buy anything from vevor if you are operating a business with there products They do not care about helping you repair or replace your equipment even when it does not work out of the box.

First time use and cable broke

ATTENTION !!! A FUIR !!!
