Great value for the money. Used it twice already

Working as intended inspected a 60 feet main line build and hardware use is good .however electronic menu for things like record play take picture is annoying.

This camera works very well ,easy to operate, the battery life lasts very long I got 165 ft camera with changeable heads for various sizes of pipe I have used this camera an inch and a half 2 in 3-in 4 in 6-in to double check my work and also to inspect pipes for roots intrusions , scale rust and or improperly installed fittings from past plumber in order to give customers the best description of what is wrong with their plumbing I love this camera it was a great investment I would highly recommend it to anybody who doesn't have one and who doesn't have $15,000 for the higher ends cameras.

The camera it’s self seems pretty solid and well set up. I like the way it’s set up with reel on the bottom below the sealed hard case. It also has a spot to hold the camera while stored to keep it safe. Keyboard seems ok and the picture and video quality is quite good. It is pretty accurate with meter/feet counter all things considered. Does take some figuring out to get the keyboard working and how to find and watch videos but once you figure that out your good. The only thing I would have a complaint about is replacement parts. Now I give vevor a big shout out as I damaged my camera head and they replaced it for free. The customer service was good and bad. Took a bit of time to get it sorted out as they don’t have a phone number to talk to an actual person which is frustrating because a 30 second call turned into texting online for 4 days with countless emails. They also don’t have the replacement parts on their website which also adds to a lengthy and frustrating proses going through online customer service chats. I would highly recommend they get that sorted out to stream line the proses. All in all as far as the unit is concerned so far it’s an excellent and affordable option compared to some of the other very expensive cameras.

The camera is of very good quality and easy to use; both the video and audio recordings are excellent. I love it.

The camera works very well for the price we paid. The only issue we found was once it was out a long ways we found that the cable was a little too flexable and made it hard to push through the pipe. They did not try the rolers for the end so maybe that would help.
