How customer reviews and ratings work

Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

Our favorite shower chair. Husband slides on/off while I hold chair from sliding. Chair arm(s) move out of way. He’s paralyzed from chest down and weighs 240. Brakes work well while in shower. Has seatbelt. Handles for pushing.
