Purchased the safe looking for a deal. The box looked okay upon arrival so we waited until a good time to install. Once we opened it the door fell off.The weld broke. They have denied any problem repeatedly saying they can't see the pictures (see attached). If you have valuables don't trust them to this safe. Can't give it a low enough star rating.

Compro la caja de seguridad y estando cerrada se abre sola al moverla , saltan los resortes…… me pongo en contacto mando vídeo y su contestación al Xavi de casi 4 días es un vídeo adjunto diciendo que tiene un fallo interno y que lo arregle viendo el video…. Me parece lamentable ilegal con la práctica hacia el cliente y de estafadores . Lo lpondre en manos de la agencia del consumidor

The safe only works with a key. All attempts to set a code were unsuccessful. After the second failed attempt to set a PIN, the keypad stopped working, and to this day, the safe only works with a key. I don't recommend it. Good price, but the product is useless.
