Missing Accessory Components

Gate itself arrived in good condition. However, box of accessories missing. Customer service to provide only $20 for hardware replacement. I doubt that will even buy the casters. And, I have no idea what thread size or pitch the threaded holes are, so I can purchase casters locally that will fit. So, my gate still awaiting information for installation.

I bought 4 of these gates. Had to cut out 4 individual rivets because they did not go through the bars properly, causing them not to open. Replaced with bolts and put them through the bars myself. Literally 4 bolts on 3 different gates.
