Customer Reviews for VEVOR Single Folding Security Gate, Lockable Scissor Gate with 360° Swivel Casters, Outdoor Barricade Steel Retractable Gates, for Entry Security, Garage, Warehouse & Pool, 170 × 131 cm (W × H)

Be aware the measurements for this gate are listed incorrectly. It’s listed as 48wx37h and is the opposite. I’ve been back and forth with customer service for more than a week to return and am getting nowhere.

For starters they sent me an open product missing all the parts, screws & wheels! Then when I asked for them to send them to me the refused and said they didn’t have any! Then they only wanted to give me a $50 refund and wouldn’t let me send the whole item back for a new one! Very disappointing and also they said it was universal for either side of door that was wrong!

I have not got my gate yet. See my separate conversation to the support. Waiting for your reply.

Gate itself arrived in good condition. However, box of accessories missing. Customer service to provide only $20 for hardware replacement. I doubt that will even buy the casters. And, I have no idea what thread size or pitch the threaded holes are, so I can purchase casters locally that will fit. So, my gate still awaiting information for installation.

Buenas tardes Necesitamos que nos envien la fra en pdf de este pedido muchas gracias y un saludo

I bought 4 of these gates. Had to cut out 4 individual rivets because they did not go through the bars properly, causing them not to open. Replaced with bolts and put them through the bars myself. Literally 4 bolts on 3 different gates.

Las mandaron cortas y aún no he conseguido que me las cambien.

Never received it. They chose courier who gave it to someone else. No support.

Poorly made.
