How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Bruce Senator Excellent Product. Strong. Easy to Install & Adjust.
Adjustable Structure
Excellent product. The gauge of metal is thick, and when installed with U-shackle nuts tightened, there was no warping. Welds are superb. Adjusting tracking of wheels is easy. One problem. The two U-shackles had NO nuts in the package. I had to supply my own, of which I used self-locking nuts.

I like these little things. I have since bought several more. I do wish I could get them with larger wheels.
