Customer Reviews for VEVOR Sliding Gate Opener, 1800 KG 5 m, Automatic Sliding Gate with 4 Remote Controllers & APP Control, Electric Rolling Driveway Slide Gate Motor, Complete Gate Operator Hardware Security System Kit

I purchased this motor for my rolling gate on track. This model states it's capable of handling the weight, and length of gate. I haven't installed it yet, but getting things in order and reviewing instructions. Seems well built. I'll update review after I install the motor. First. Unpacking materials. Comparing the chart on the packing list there are discrepancies. Nothing I can't handle and your story might be different but I'll list my issues. 1) remotes said 2 but I know I got six since it said this package did. No worries 2) chain link, says 2, only received 1. However one of the chains came linked so you just break the link to combine them. Now there are parts needed that didn't come. 1) page 8 4.3.2 figure 5 middle plate uses m6x20 screw, but does not have the #6 flat washers. Figure 6 shows #8 spring washer which is not included. * nothing that you can't get at your hardware store, and inconvenience, but not end of the world. It does come with round pole and square poll connectors. Everything is in metric so just measure in metric or convert to SAE with calculations and it'll be close enough. Instructions are definitely lost in translation. Generic diagrams help a little but there was no clear instruction on how to connect the keypad, infared sensors, or adjustments for installing the features. They gave general measurements metric but still vague on things I would find pertinent in installation. I'll update my review and maybe offer them new instructions to include since these were not clear and concise, especially the safety stop sensors. No instructions on how to program remote.

Buon prodotto consigliato!

I'm beginning the process of installing it, but there are no mounting instructions with it, just post operation and use. I saw the video one day when deciding to buy. I wish the videos were in my Purchased Cart, so that I could refer to them anytime online and in digital format. That should be with every purchased item, so we have the data. Future change I would like.

Bon produit , dommage qu'il n'y a pas la lampe témoin d'ouverture du portail. Produit un peu léger en cas de vent , surtout en position de fermeture.

It works easy install but a bit slow for my liking.

Deze gebruikt bij een grote staldeur. Werkt prima. Installati e is makkelijk.

Great for the price works well just be ready to watch utube videos to get all info for installation and setup. Manuals are too good But after setup is done its works great, quiet and effciently.

Shipping is an embarrassment, try to contact shipper they blame supplier, supplier blames shipper. Other than that, opens and closes like it is supposed to, remotes work, pushbutton works, and app works. Pretty cheap u-bolts and hardware but for the price of the unit that is expected. Only used for 2 weeks so far so guess in a year or two we will see.

Works great for the price

Very happy with this gate opener, very strong motor and easy to install. Best not to use base bolts as they are useless, impossible to tighten properly, too short and poor quality, one broke off during tightening. Best to use M10 threaded rods with chemical anchors
