The item arrived very quickly and was as advertised. The quality and features are fantastic, six remotes and a keypad! Physical installation was very straightforward, however I needed to get a specialist to set up the operation as the instructions were not detailed enough for a home handyman. It has been in use now for a couple of weeks with no problems. I thoroughly recommend this item.

The product seems quite good, and I bought because it seemed to have a stronger motor compared to others for the price. It also came with more accessories for the price. However, the company does not carry any spares like tracks that can be damaged and which without the whole product is useless.. fortunately, other companies do carry the accessories but one must have faith they are compatible.

Things were fine until you put the rack on the gate. Well inside the rack is 12mX12m metal bar. All is covered in plastic trying put wood screws in metal bar does not work.

I order this gate opener with a nylon rack and I receive a the one with a chain. I ask customer service before the have been shipping. but nothing happens I am probably sending back so annoying

Motor z priloženim kompletom sem kupil v Avgustu letos 2026. Malo zapletena navodila za montažo so bila dokaj nejasna no po 2 urah so vrata končno delovala. Slabost montaže so magneti za zaustavljanje so malo nesigurni. Prav tako manjka nad ograjo kakšne lučka in seveda antena. Tako da je motor za ograjo pa tik pred prihodom cca. 5m zazna daljinski upravljalnik. Če si ob prometni cesti takoj oviraš promet preden se odprejo. No rešil sem težavo z dokupljeno lučjo z antenico katera pa sedaj vleće do 70m. No priključka nima zato se, z priklopil dodatno anteno kar z klemo. Na prejšnjem motorju (švicarskem) pred cca. 18 leti je led lučko in antena bila tu pa sem moral dokupit. Pri montaži pa tega motorja pa se mi je stara lučka z anteno pač plastika zlomila. Drugih pripomb zaenkrat nimam le čas zapiranja je 20 sekund malo pramalo ima opcijo samo 10 ali 20 sekund in se zapre več pozabi. Torej moraš hitro zmanevrirat na cesto. Prejšnji motor si lahko nastavil počasno in hitro zapiranje pa čas zapiranja od 20 do 60 sekund. Edino če vrata zaustaviš. Pa pri končno odprtih ni primerno ker včasih zaštekajo (2x v 3 tednih)pa hočejo še vedno odpret. No vsesplošno niso slaba za teh 350€ za podoben motor ko sem ga imel je bila cena precej višja. Montiral mi je pravi električar (serviser strojev) čeprav pa tudi sam sem z računalniškega področja. Kakšen nestrokovnež bo imel kar nekaj ur sive lase. Pozitivna stran da so vijaki za montažo skoraj ustrezali malo višina pa tudi zobniki prejšnjega motorja so ustrezni. Torej slabost povezava, svetlobni signal ko se odpira no internet pa še nisem probal.

Sur le capteur là où il a la l’alimentation du relais tout est bien câblé le voyant vert S’allume bien à la coupure du faisceau mais rien à la carte principale et donc je ne sais pas si le signal coupé est bien pris en compte pour arrêter le portail ( ce que faisait mon ancien portail d’une autre marque différente) et là je sèche sur le mode de fonctionnement si quelqu’un a bien câblé et que les capteurs reagisssent je suis preneur et on se contacte par mail ou téléphone. j’ai demandé la documentation au site sans aucune réponse jsuis un peu déçu du suivis là ☝🏽👌👌

Producto con muy buenas recomendaciones. Al recibirlo e probarlo el sistema que sincroniza el control remoto no funciona. Por favor responda a la brevedad. Use la guía adecuado proveída y utilize en el sitio web de VEVOR para tratar de identificar el problema. No hubo solución. Reemplazo o devolución del dinero. Gracias.
