I've had the gate opener for a few weeks now and have finally set it up so it works as intended. However I've lost my remotes during the time I've been putting concrete down, mounting the gate, running power lines and everything else on needs to do to get the thing working. I've tried to contact Vevor on the phone and through their "Bot" online chat but they all say that they don't sell spare parts for their products. They ask me for an order number. I don't have an order number and neither do I have the packaging in which the unit arrived. One guy on the phone took my phone number after looking up my order on his system and said someone would contact me to arrange some more remotes. Nothing happened. Not at all happy with the lack of after sales service. I've ordered other generic remotes from Amazon but I can't get them to pair with the Vevor unit. What can I do with a gate opener that I can't use?

It seemed easy to install, the only thing I could not do is connect the infrared, the same as downloading the application to be able to open and close from my iPhone. If you could give me the information on how to make it work from my iPhone without paying for an application, just as the advertisement showed when I bought it.

Bon produit , dommage qu'il n'y a pas la lampe témoin d'ouverture du portail. Produit un peu léger en cas de vent , surtout en position de fermeture.

Deze gebruikt bij een grote staldeur. Werkt prima. Installati e is makkelijk. Alleen de rails was iets lastiger is een ongelijke achtergrond. De magneten voor de begrenzing zijn lastig te installeren op de rails, dit komt omdat er metaal in de rails is verwerkt. Het betreft een staldeur van 3,5 x 3,5 meter en de motor trekt dit gemakkelijk.

Very happy with this gate opener, very strong motor and easy to install. Best not to use base bolts as they are useless, impossible to tighten properly, too short and poor quality, one broke off during tightening. Best to use M10 threaded rods with chemical anchors
