The delivery was as promised. It came in good condition. Was easy to assemble. Does not weigh much and easy to fold and store. Climbs and descends stairs easily, but with heavy loads one has be be careful so that does not roll downstairs. Two people should operate if for heavy loads. With care I think that it will operate well and can last a while.

Too short for what I need it for, not very good in climbing stairs at near weight limits

Nice cart. It navigates stairs well. The wheels are heavy duty and it has back legs to rest the cart level. Comes with a bungle strap that's made kinda weird. Have not used it yet but seems heavy duty enough to do most kobs

It is just way I was looking for

My niece was assigned a third floor apartment for campus housing. Previously, she had always had first floor housing. I have been involved in these yearly move-in and move-out situations. I had seen infomercials for these but had not had any need for this before. I ordered it and put it together and we had opportunity to use this a few days ago. It worked very well. We had one set of stairs that was 18 steps up, before turning on a landing and going on up another set of stairs. Just like any dolly, you shouldn't overload just because of over balance issues. Bungee cords are a must, and have to be purchased separately.

Solidly built cart, steel construction, strong wheels. Haul 40 pound bags of kitty litter up stairs, hauled a 32" analog TV down stairs. Haul in crates of bottled water. Should last a long time.
