Customer service very friendly and agreed to work with me to solve the issues with my damaged product.Product is light weight and good for moving light item up and down stairs.Unfortunately the joint connecting the base to the upright frame was weaker than expected and bent out of shape at weights over 175lbs

Good cart for the money. Made moving a lot of medium sized boxes easier by reducing the number of trips upstairs. It_ not a big hulking dolly to be used for appliances and furniture- boxes up and down the stairs were a breeze and it_ lightweight and easy to assemble.

A life-saver for moving heavy items up and down the stairs. Keep in mind that, even with this cart, a 2nd person should be there to assist anyway. Do not try to do a two people job by using this all by yourself.

We moved from 1 upstairs town home to another upstairs. We have abput a dozen boxes of books and some large plants. This dolly help get them all up and down the stairs in a snap. It e,ceeded our expectation and worth every penny. I recommend with no hesitation.

It's amazing what a difference this cart has made in the short time I've owned it. I can pull loads up carpeted stairs and even slate stairs, both with bull nozing extending the treads out from the risers- which is the key to this design. The cart won't make anything lighter, but it will make it easier. Speaking of light, the cart feels like it weighs next to nothing. That is nice when putting it away and/or retrieving it, and it also minimizes the load you have to move. The down side is that it moves very easily when heavy loads are leaned up against it, so keep that in mind. I use a ratcheting strap to secure loads to mine as bungee cords fail to hold heavy/large loads in place very well. All in all, this is not only a back saver/life saver but it's just fun to use. I have a heavy duty hand truck with pneumatic tires but it has a narrow shovel end and is heavy, making the bullnose negotiations that much more painful. This design is worth every penny. Trust me.
