I use this for guy wires in outdoor antenna installations. I hold wire antennas up, bird feeders, etc. Can take a hundred pounds easily, won't stretch, won't corrode. Better than rope when a conducting support is needed. Ideal for pulling loads through tree branches, as it tends to cut its way through small snags. I have yet to break it using muscle power only. Not for large loads. This is much stronger than most rope available in hardware stores, and is not that visible due to its small diameter.

This cable was the best value for 1,000 ft. Came in great shape on a wooden reel. The cable didn't fray when cut and was easy to do the runs. It looks fabulous on the new railing!
