I ordered one this. It came in and it worked great for about 1 month then it started leaking a little oil. A couple of months later I noticed the jaw roller was cracked. about 1-2 months after this i contacted support, sent them pictures and then nothing. After a number of conversations back and forth and promises of replacement parts. Nothing came and no tracking information and finally no more responses. I guess they were waiting for the warranty to expire to close out my case. Honestly surprised I like VEVOR and most everything we bought from them was pretty durable.

Horrible product! It broke during the first use. I immediately contacted customer support on 5/29/2026 and still haven’t received a response as of 6/7/2026. I’ve even followed up with them and had to upload photos of the issue again because they said they had never received them. However, during the original support call, the agent confirmed receipt which I have confirming transcripts of that chat. Still getting a run around with no resolution. No happy or impressed with Vevor.

j'au utilisé du cuivre diamètre 12/14 avec des raccords achetés chez un professionnel et sur 16 raccords 13 fuyaient malgré la pression de sertissage maximum possible ! Sur la machoire c'est écrit 15 alors qu'il n'y a pas de cuivre de 15 les autres indiquaient 12 ,16 ce qui correspond bien au section de cuivre alors pourquoi 15 ? J'ai du braser tout les raccords pour finir le chantier !

Ich habe die Maschine gekauft da in der Beschreibung die Eignung für das Geberit-System bestätigt ist. Dies ist falsch, das Gerät ist dazu nicht geeignet. Nach ca. 20 Mails hat ein Mitarbeiter dies auch bestätigt, der nächste versteht wieder nicht das Problem, ein anderer sagt ich solle anderes Rohr kaufen… Bevor nie mehr wieder!

Bonjour, Je rencontre un problème de fonctionnement avec cette pince à sertir "Professionnelle". En effet, après une mise en service tardive, plusieurs problèmes sont à déplorer: - Pas de notice technique détaillée - Après assemblage conforme, impossible de mettre la machoire en pression ( verin inopérant) - Après avoir fait appel au support technique ( envoi de vidéo pour étayer la véracité du problème), aucun retour mais surtout de solution , à date. N'ayant pas pu apprécier le volet qualitatif, je déplore surtout le volet "Assistance au client".

Die Presse wurde mit den falschen Pressbacken geliefert und auch nach 5 Wochen schreiben mit dem Support ist keine Lösung in Sicht! Ansonsten ist die Funktion i. O. aber was nützt es wenn man nicht die bestellten Dimensionen pressen kann.

Die Hydraulische Presszange hatt bei mir nicht funktioniert! Alle Fittinge (28 mm) waren undicht! Absoluter Fehlkauf!

N'a jamais fonctionné, la pince est arrivée défectueuse et vevor ne fait rien pour me rembourser ou me renvoyer un nouveau article! Très déçu
