Leider kann ich von unserem 38 x 23mm Label nicht die gesamte Fläche bedrucken (was vielleicht auch am Mac Treiber liegen mag). Dennoch ist der Drucker mit 300DPI echt gut. Im Gegensatz zu einem älteren Zebra Model verschwendet er keine Labels, sondern zieht nach dem Justieren des Labels automatisch die Labels wieder zurück. Das ist super! Daher fast die volle Punktzahl. Ich bin zu 85-90% happy damit!

So I truly love most things about this printer. It’s easy to set up and it’s easy to download the app if you were using it with a mobile device. I love that within the mobile device it’s easy to print, but I do wish that it would interface more directly with Amazon prime’s labels or other companies labels. By this I mean every time I go to print out a label through Amazon. I would love for it to give me the option to print it through this device versus having to send it to the app as a PDF file or another file before I can open it and then Crop it to print off the label. So that’s why I gave this four stars but other than that I really do like it it’s easy to use and it prints beautifully. I also love that the labels when you load them will be fed in and aligned properly by the machine .

I am a Mac user. I don’t deal much at all with anything windows, so the drivers and such weren’t something I wanted to install on my laptop. You just never know what access is included in those installs and I need my computer to be secure.I decided that the app was the way to go for me, as apple is very careful about letting you know what access is granted to the app, making it much harder/impossible for your phone to be hacked or backdoored with malware. I like the app for the most part. You can create your own labels or open them as a PDF from online and print them.The part that I like most is that there is no printer ink involved. I don’t have to worry about anything but having enough labels to print on.Overall, I think this is a nice label printer, I have had some that are better and some that are worse. This one is a nice middle ground in function, app use and price.

If you’ve ever sell anything online or needed to return any item that required to print a label then this machine is valuable to you. It takes away the excess time needed to cut out the label from copy paper and tape it to your package. Instead, this prints directly on the label which is smudge proof and you can stick it on. The device is Bluetooth so you can print from the app from your phone. The instructions are pretty easy to follow and the print quality is very good.Printing from the computer requires the cable as it does not support Bluetooth printing from the computer but this is the case with most of these Thermal label printers. The Bluetooth printing is only available via the app.

The app and Bluetooth features make using this label printer both easy & convenient to use. Not having to worry about ink or toner is a great plus and money saver. It's middle of the road pricewise.

It is not working properly. It can't see where the ticket ends, regardless of the ticket type i'm using. I will return it. Also very poor support team.. not answering on tickets ... Disappointing, bad experience...

Useless product – complete failure on drivers This printer is completely unusable out of the box. VEVOR ships hardware with a USB ID (VID_5958&PID_0468) that is missing entirely from their own driver package (INF files). Because of this, Windows cannot recognize or install the device. Cheap hardware is worthless when the software and drivers are broken. Setting this up requires manual technical workarounds that no customer should have to deal with, and support provides no updated drivers or fixes. Avoid this printer if you use Windows.I am returning mine

Hay veces que imprime 40 etiquetas seguidas y hay otras que antes de que salga del todo la etiqueta se para, tengo que pegar un tironcito hasta que salga la parte de arrancar la etiqueta, la arranco y tengo que abrir y cerrar la impresora para que se reinicie. He pedido otro rollo de papel por si pudiera ser eso, pero de momento es el problema que tengo
