It’s strong enough to withstand frequent use and outdoor conditions without rusting or warping. The wall-mounted design saves space and looks professional. Very good quality

After dealing with repeated mail theft, this through-wall box has been a lifesaver. The anti-fishing design and secure combination lock make unauthorized access nearly impossible. The steel construction is tough and tamper-resistant. It’s discreet, doesn’t attract unwanted attention, and the rain shield works flawlessly. Finally, I can trust my mail and small packages are safe.

Great product! I had been eyeing it for a while and finally was able to purchase it. Its very sturdy and exactly what I was looking for!

I’ve had this mailbox for over a year with zero issues. It hasn’t rusted, faded, or jammed despite being exposed to sun, rain, and wind. The surface wipes clean easily, and the lock still works smoothly. The slot is conveniently sized for daily deliveries, and the interior capacity is generous. It’s a robust, long-term solution for secure mail handling.

As someone with basic DIY skills, I installed this box in under an hour. The included hardware fits most wall types, and the adjustable width makes alignment simple. The steel is thick and rigid, no flimsy parts here. The combination lock is user-friendly, and the whole unit feels very secure. It’s discreet yet functional, blending well with my home exterior while keeping deliveries safe.

Living in a rainy coastal area, I needed a mailbox that could withstand moisture. This unit delivers excellent waterproof performance thanks to the double-flap opening and sealed interior. The steel body is rust-resistant and holds up well against salt air. The lock mechanism is smooth and secure, and the internal baffle adds real anti-theft protection. It’s compact but has enough capacity for several days of mail.

I was pretty happy when I found this "trough door" mailbox as we needed a mailbox we could install in our front gate. It fits the intended purpose perfectly. It has been installed for a couple of months now and it seems the powdercoating is't as protective as I would have expected, so some faint rust spots are appearing. No big issue , I'm pretty sure that after a decent paint job this mailbox will serve us for many years to come.

I am very pleased with this product in every way. It arrived ahead of scheduled delivery and I was impressed with the packaging and protection of same. I am happy with the quality of the product, from the heavy gauge steel (thicker than most others), full length piano hinges as well as the fit and finish. Functional and simple design, easy installation - looking forward to may years of trouble-free service from this product. :-)
