Average product; tine retaining bolts were too soft and immediately stretched and came loose. Outer (double) tines broke within the first hour of use due to poor design. Be prepared to strengthen and make improvements. Barely worth it.

No stand support when it is detached from tractor makes it very difficult to hook up and remove. Otherwise good to work with to rake driveway chippings.

This product is weak the screw in the middle is not strong engough and it slides. The screw to keep the central screw it slides and wears off.

Recieved package was missing 4 tines it’s been basically a month customer service is fucking horrible I just receive a message every few days saying if you don’t reply to this message ticket will be resolved not once has anybody said hey sorry your missing parts I’ll send you the missing parts …. Wtf !!

The pull behind thatch remover arrived with missing parts. After many emails they agreed the parts was damaged during shipping and they would replace the missing parts. But then they keep asking for photos they say they can't open. It's a stalling tactic. Vevor is terrible with their customer service. Only buy if your ready to loose 350.00 dollars. I have purchase from them before but if something goes wrong you lost your money.
