Amazing cutter and especially for the price i paid at the tike as it was on sale. Works amazing easy to set up and learn and comes with the perfect software needed.

Great little machine. I upgraded right away to the best software so I don’t know how the one provided is. This machine works great and has a great price.

The first one i received had a problem but they promptly sent me a replacement and now it works perfectly. So glad to trash this high priced cricket machine. This one is much easier and less expensive to make things.

Assembly took ~30 minutes; the stand is stable and the catch basket keeps vinyl off the floor. Signmaster recognized the cutter right away—imported SVG/AI files, ran a few test cuts, and dialed in blade offset and downforce. With a 45° blade it cuts Oracal 651 like butter; swapping to a 60° blade let me do small lettering (about ½") that still weeds clean. Tracking stays straight on 8–10 ft runs when you center the roll and use all three pinch rollers. Noise is just a steady hum, nothing crazy. Tips that helped: slow the speed for tiny details, light pressure for HTV, heavier for stencil vinyl; keep the cutting strip clean; let the vinyl relax before long cuts. I’d love a longer USB cord and a quick-start card with common pressure/speed presets, but those are minor asks. Bottom line: for the price, this 34" bundle is a workhorse. Big cutting width, includes the basics to get started, and produces clean, repeatable results for shop decals, window graphics, banners, and HTV.

Everything works fine, the learning curve is probably easy for most, but not for me! I am struggling with the needle depth & finding the speed to cut more intricate patterns. Great for simple patterns and basic fonts. I'm happy I bought it but slightly intimidated & not using it daily yet. The software that comes with it for set up is sub par. My parts never matched any video, but the assembly was easy enough that I problem solved around it. The software isn't over challenging but also not unitive. I use FCP & that feels like an unitive software in addition to many online videos that train editing well. I am hoping to find better training.
