Great machine for the money. I'm new to vinyl cutting, but this unit was easy to learn and worked well right out of the box. The larger size is perfect for truck decals and business signage, and the stepper motors have been reliable. It has helped me make professional-looking graphics for Drain Pros LLC without paying a sign shop. Very happy with the purchase and would buy again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kenneth Allen Its a product that you can trust.
In the early stages with this plotter. Still working out all of the little things. It comes, with pre- loaded software, but you still have to connect it with your computer to do Custom work as is in my case. Setting the depth for cuts on what ever vinyl we are using and the fonts fit the project at hand. Overall, satisfied.
