This is one of the best business purchases I’ve made this year. This vinyl cutter is a great and easy to use product. There isn’t anything negative I can say. Speedy delivery and super easy to setup and use. I can’t thank you enough Vevor - keep doing what you do!!

Jennifer Paquin Software is the only disappointment
Overall seems like an awesome machine. I haven't dont a big project yet but I did several test cuts while playing with the software.
Lower the needle depth for your first cut, if I can offer advice.
Slices through vinyl like butter and scratches the bottom of the machine if the depth is off.
The software is a very basic version, which is a bit disappointing. No option to trace in the software therefore need to use another program or update it and pay more ##

Ryan Great Product! Great Value!
You get exactly what you see!! a Great cutting, at a great price!! Super easy to set up and get going quickly. The only honest complaint I can have is, the vinyl that comes with it isn't the best quality it wrinkles on the backing paper. But in my opinion, that doesn't change the value of this purchase!!

Dave Good product, except blue-tooth feature doesn't work.
The Android app won't install on current updated versions of Android... Which is a bummer, they need to update it. This was one of the reasons I selected this model was for blue-tooth and it doesn't work, so this gets a star removed. Otherwise the unit works ok. The included pen holder, the pen rubs the frame in use, but this can be bent out to clear. SignMaster software works great.

If the wifi worked with apple products it would have got 5 stars from me. But it does not work with apple only android !!!!

I contact many times customer since day one ， I got it the blade is bad and machine is disfunction， I requestes to return they kept tell me fix myself with watching vedio ， I told them it was not working ， they didnt refund me and I pay full prices for 弄ever once used
