Way too flimsy and heavy for 1 person not practical for 2 people. Only 2 strait stream of water, so way to hard for proper cleaning. Brush is not wide enough. Soap dispenser doesnt work and leaks Do not recommend

Unless you are built like the Incredible Hulk, don't buy this 39 foot pole kit. It is soooo heavy one person cannot wield it. As a matter of fact, and unbeknownst to the potential buyer, included inside the box is a 'warning' that this kit CANNOT be used by one person alone. It clearly states that this is a TWO MAN SHOW. Of course, nothing is said about this in their advertisements. Can you try to imagine two people trying in unison to move that heavy monster pole forward and backwards in a coordinated manner. Try tapping your head and rubbing your tummy. It just doesn't work. Or, more like doing the cha cha cha with a monster heavy pole in your hands. Three steps forward, three steps back. Totally uncoordinate-able. It's like working with a pole from a circus tent. FOR SALE: One 39 foot water fed pole kit with cleaning brush. Never used. I wish VEVOR would take it back.

This product leaks , falls apart while using, soap dispenser useless, and dispensers way too much soap. This is a terrible product terrible quality.

Le produit est tres lourd. Des la 1ere utilisation, le tuyau d'eau se débouté des que l'on rallonge ou raccourci le manche. Le tuyau qui sort en bout de manche, en partie basse, n'est pas sécurité. Il se plie et bloque l'arrivée d'eau. Le pas de vis de l'embout de l'accessoire Raclette n'est pas de la même dimension que l'embout de L'accessoire "Jet" donc il n'est pas possible de monter la raclette. Mon conseil: fuyez ce produit. C'est mon dernier achat chez Vevor. Trop peu qualitatif !

Il me manque une pièce, et malgré des tas de tickets. Rien ne se passe !!!!

This is basically a good product at a realistic price. Everything looks good and feels solid, and I've successfully used it to clean some second floor windows, but there are some quirks that just make me ask "Why, why, did they stop designing it when they were 99% done?" 1. When I screwed the squeegee attachment on, it came to rest at 90° to the brush head, not what is shown on the product page. To get it parallel to the brush I had to rummage through my plumbing supplies and eventually found a pair of fiber washers that let me tighten the squeegee head so it was pointing in a sane direction. 2. The quick connect from the soap bottle to the blue hose kept blowing off when I turned on the water. It just couldn't hold against the water pressure. I resorted to zipties to keep it in place. Kind of a crappy fix for a brand new product. The plastic quick connect is just not up to the task. If you have low water pressure you'll likely be OK (I was fine until I moved from the first set of windows to the second). Just be aware that you are getting something that will be usable with a bit of care and possibly a bit of jerry-rigging.

The attachments that came with this make it impossible to hook up to the standard American hose.. so it’s still in the box unused because there’s no way to connect the hose to the water line…. Totall china garbage..shouldn’t be for sale in Canada or USA
