How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

familyoregan1 Customer service is fast and professional
I recently experienced an issue where my order's shipping label was printed, but the package was never actually handed over to the courier.
When I reached out to Vevor customer support, they replied very quickly and initially asked me to wait a couple more days. After double-checking directly with the courier, I confirmed they had never received the parcel.
Once I reported this back, Vevor quickly issued a full refund. While the shipping delay was frustrating, I appreciate their fast communication and how smoothly they handled the refund process. Thank you

Marc Efficace pour les panneaux
10 m/35 ft
