It’s easy to put together. I have it in my backyard and mounted it on a aluminum pole to give it more height. It does light up the led string, which looks nice but it needs to be windy to get the lights going. it’s just fun to watch. Good value for money.

This little unit is really very good for teaching about wind energy! 3 phase with rectifier to change it to dc voltage, it produces enough to charge some small batteries. It is sturdy enough for normal wind here in Kansas, but it wouldn't take a tornado (but it's not designed to, either!) For the money, it was definitely worth the value.

My kids like it very much! When we go to Chicago my kids saw lots of windmills in the field on the trip. They are very curious about them. That's why I want to buy a similar thing to show them how it works. This wind generator is easy to assemble, we set up together and they are excited it works! The quality is pretty good, and the rotation is very smooth, no noise!

This item is fun to build and watch it work. This item is over all pretty sturdy and well made. Thanks for such a cool product.

Sendo uma eólica claro que precisa de vento ,mas quando tem funciona perfeito .Fácil de montar . Gostei do tempo que demoram a responder as questões que levantei mesmo sobre outros produtos. Estou satisfeito . 5 estrelas.

I haven’t hooked it up yet , this is my first wind turbine, I live in an Alaskan village, and in winter time the lights will go out, and we get some good winds. I look forward to using this to keep some lights on during power outages this winter

We had pretty bad storm and had an issue with our wind generator a couple of months after installation. (It worked great until then.) We contacted the company the next day and they immediately sent a new one out. We replaced the necessary part and are once again very happy with it. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again.

The set up is simple especially with the right pole.
