its ok but could have been a lot better. Obviously designed by somone who has never used it.

Poor quality, wouldn’t purchase

Really needs a step for us older guys.

Very heavy and not easy to set up

One of the legs doesn’t extend, making it useless.

This came with significant damage to one of the hinge joints in the center, due to how it was packaged (box didn’t protect it well), and the metal wasn’t very sturdy. It opened but then wouldn’t close because of the damage. It was incredibly heavy, bulky, and unwieldy. There was damage to the platform surface as well, again because of no protection. Worst of all, instead of simply taking it back when I asked for a return, I was given the run-around with multiple messages exchanged without resolution, even after sending several photos. They tried to blame the damage on the shipping company, but it was clearly an issue with product quality and lack of protective packaging. Then they tried to give me a pittance of a discount and told me to hammer out the damage. To a HINGE that bears the structural support for the item. Buyer beware; free returns doesn’t mean anything when they won’t take things back. Finally they did, when I said I wouldn’t shop here anymore… but it is incredibly disappointing that it took that much for them to do the right thing.

Hace mas de un mes y no hay manera de que llegue . Es un desastre . Nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo nadie sabe nada y lo mas bonito le das a rastrear y no sale ninguna información. Y me mandan un correo para ver si estoy contento.

So this platform has adjustable feet, but was supplied with nylon nuts to set height, not practical., used regular 8 mm nuts. Had issue to open properly, one pin did not want to enter hole, had to loosen nut near it to allow pin to find hole, tightened afterwards. Finally ready to use, I go to sit in middle, heard noise and platform was loose. Found weld on support bar failed, unit is unsafe not usable. Have to wonder about remaining welds on this platform.
