Funzionano bene, ma purtroppo con i legni più duri se pnon si presta attenzione viene fuori il manico.Non essendo un esperto ho intagliato del legno ma mi sembra che non siano affilati perché me lo taglia spezzando un pò e non facendo un taglionetto.Hoprovato con un coltello affilato di precisione e la differenza è abbastanza importante
