This jewellery roller is a real bargain for its functions. All other rollers will not handle 6mm thick silver or gold sheets un less you spend over 800 pounds for Durston or other American rollers. I have flattened 6mm silver bar in to 0.5 mm flat sheet and no struggle at all. Machine will go down to thinner thickness of your own desire. This machine has solid stainless steel gears with is a bonus instead of cast iron gears often break. if you can grease up the gears prior to use, this machine will serve you many year to come. It is solid compact and good quality. Highly recommended and 5 stars all day. Mr Tamer Altinbas Semi professional silver Jewellery maker.

Good Mill.
Okey. I am going to be honest. Now i assembled my new Rolling Mill. First expression, having it out from the box, was OK so far so good. Nothing was broken during delivery. I had before this a budget mill also ( from an english company) but it lacked possibility to make round wire, that´s the reason i bought this and the price of course. Very big PLUS was the gear ratio it was easy to roll. The previous mill had not and it was very heavy to roll. Perhaps negative things on this mill was the feeling of cheap and not so accurate cogs. But looking at the mills on Youtube where masters in Asian countries make outstanding jewelry, this mill is not bad, not at all. I couldn´t give 5 stars because of the quality, that is not that bad, don´t get me wrong. I made a peace of sheet and it turned out good, and as i said before, it was easy to roll. I have not tried round wire yet, but i am confident it will be good also. Over all, if you can not afford a expensive mill, i higly recommend this.
