Good quality, strong construction, you get everything in the box. I didn't trust the screws that were originally provided, so I installed it at home with a stronger solution. It is very stable and has many adjustment options. It arrived quickly and without defects.

Dennis Well made Starlink Gen 3 mounting bracket.
Seems very well made and easy to adjust. Only issue is the horizontal swing hinge doesn’t seem to fully tighten. On the plus side this allows fine tuning the orientation of the dish according to the app - time will tell however if strong winds can knock it out of alignment. The dish adapter bracket snaps in securely - just remember to connect the cable to the dish first. Nice that the proper size ellen and open end wrench is supplied as well as an assortment of anchors and spare bolts.
